Technical SEO and website audits that end in a fix list, not a PDF

A fixed-scope audit of what is actually holding a site back technically, delivered as a prioritised list of fixes rather than a 90-page export nobody reads.

Starting at ₹6,000 per audit · plus taxes as applicable

What’s included

  • Crawl and index analysis: what search engines can reach, what they choose to index, and the gap between the two.
  • Core Web Vitals and speed, measured on real page data rather than a single lab score. Background in how to improve website loading speed.
  • Architecture and internal linking, including the pages that are buried too deep to earn anything.
  • Structured data checked against what search engines currently support, not what a blog post said two years ago. See what is schema markup.
  • Duplication, canonicals, and redirects, the three that quietly split a site’s own authority.
  • Mobile and rendering checks on how the page actually resolves, including anything that depends on JavaScript to appear.
  • Search Console review of what your own data already shows about queries, coverage, and manual actions.
  • A prioritised fix list with effort and impact against each item.

How the work runs

  1. Access to Search Console and analytics, plus a crawl of the site.
  2. Manual review of what the crawl flags, because most of it will not matter.
  3. Tracing each real issue back to its cause in the build rather than describing the symptom.
  4. The fix list, ordered by impact against effort, delivered and walked through.
  5. Fixes, if you want us to do them, quoted separately.

When an audit is worth buying

Before a redesign, so you carry the rankings across instead of rediscovering them. After a migration, when traffic moved and nobody is sure why. When a site has grown page by page for years and nobody has looked at the whole. And when rankings fall without an obvious content or link explanation. If none of those describe you, ongoing SEO and online reputation work is the better spend, and we will tell you that rather than sell you an audit.

Pricing approach

Audits are quoted as a fixed fee against site size and scope, so you know the cost before it starts and it does not run open-ended. Get a quote on request. The number on it is the number you pay. Taxes appear on the quote itself and are never added afterwards. All prices are plus taxes as applicable. For how search work is priced more broadly, see how much SEO costs.

How it looks in practice

Work you can point to

Every engagement is scoped to how your business actually runs, and the same people stay on it from the first call through launch and after.

Frequently asked questions

What does the audit cover?
Crawling and indexing, site architecture and internal linking, Core Web Vitals and page speed, mobile rendering, structured data, canonicals and duplication, redirects and broken links, sitemaps and robots directives, and the on-page issues that show up at scale. Where the problem turns out to be content or backlinks rather than technical, we say so rather than padding the technical section.
How is this different from a free audit tool?
A tool gives you several hundred flagged issues with no sense of which ones matter. Most of them do not. The work is in separating the handful that are actually costing you traffic from the noise, tracing each back to its cause in the build, and ordering them by impact against effort. That judgement is the deliverable.
What do I actually receive?
A prioritised fix list. Each item states the problem, the evidence for it, the pages affected, the likely impact, and the effort to fix. It is written so your developer can act on it without a follow-up call, and so you can tell what you are paying for.
Can you fix the issues too?
Yes, quoted separately once the list exists, and you are free to take the list to your own developer instead. The audit is deliberately sold as a standalone piece so it is worth something to you whether or not you hire us for the fixes.
How long does an audit take?
Most sites take one to two weeks depending on size and how much of the crawl needs manual review. Very large or heavily templated sites take longer, and we tell you which before quoting.
Will I need one more than once?
A full audit is not an annual subscription. It makes sense before a redesign, after a migration, when rankings drop without an obvious cause, or when a site has grown by accretion for years. Between those, ongoing SEO work handles the drift.
Do you audit sites you did not build?
That is the usual case. We audit sites on any platform, including ones built by another agency, and we report what we find without editorialising about the previous team.
