Google Ads and PPC management where you can see exactly what the budget bought

Paid search and paid social managed against agreed goals, with your ad spend billed to you by the platform directly and our fee stated separately.

Starting at ₹12,000 per month, plus ad spend · plus taxes as applicable

What’s included

  • Account setup or takeover, in your name and on your billing, with a structure that can be reported on rather than a single campaign holding everything.
  • Search campaigns built around the terms that show buying intent, with the negative keyword work that stops the budget leaking to the rest.
  • Shopping and product campaigns for stores, tied to a feed that is actually correct. Pairs with our e-commerce builds.
  • Paid social across Meta and LinkedIn where the audience is better reached by interruption than by search.
  • Landing pages built or fixed for the traffic, because the campaign cannot outperform the page it lands on.
  • Conversion tracking configured and verified before spend starts, not discovered to be broken in month three.
  • Ongoing management: bids, budgets, audiences, ad copy, and the weekly attention an account needs to not drift.
  • Monthly reporting against goals agreed before the first rupee was spent.

How the work runs

  1. A conversation about margins and what a customer is actually worth to you, which decides whether paid search makes sense at all.
  2. A campaign plan with the target, the budget, and the definition of success written down.
  3. Tracking set up and verified first. Spending before tracking works is spending blind.
  4. Launch, then a learning period we do not pretend is performance.
  5. Ongoing management and a monthly report you can read without a glossary.

On spend, plainly

Two numbers, never blended into one. Your ad spend goes from you to Google or Meta directly. Our management fee is ours and is stated on the quote. We do not take a percentage of media, because that pays us more when you spend more, which is a bad way to align an agency with a client. If your budget is too small for paid search to work, we will say so before taking the retainer.

Pricing approach

Quoted as a monthly management fee scoped to the number of campaigns and platforms, separate from your ad spend. Get a quote on request. The number on it is the number you pay. Taxes appear on the quote itself and are never added afterwards. All prices are plus taxes as applicable. Ad spend is billed to you by the advertising platform directly and never passes through us.

How it looks in practice

Work you can point to

Every engagement is scoped to how your business actually runs, and the same people stay on it from the first call through launch and after.

Frequently asked questions

Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, billed by Google or Meta directly to your own payment method on your own account. We never mark up media spend or route it through us, so there is nothing hidden between what you pay the platform and what the platform charges. Our management fee is a separate line you agree upfront.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your account with the access we need, or set one up in your name if you do not have one. If we stop working together, the account, the history, and the learning stay with you. Agencies that keep the account hostage are the reason this gets asked.
What is the minimum budget worth running?
Below a certain spend the account cannot gather enough data to optimise, and the management fee eats the result. We tell you honestly whether your budget and your margins justify paid search at all, and we have told people not to run it. A cheaper first step is often fixing the landing page the traffic would arrive on.
How is PPC different from SEO?
Paid search buys visibility now and stops the day you stop paying. SEO earns it slowly and keeps it. They answer different questions and most businesses eventually want both, with paid carrying the short term while SEO builds. Running paid also tells you which keywords actually convert, which makes the SEO work sharper.
How long before PPC works?
Campaigns deliver traffic immediately, but the first four to six weeks are learning, not performance. Judging an account on week one is how good campaigns get killed early. We set what success looks like before any budget is spent and report against that.
Do you handle landing pages too?
Yes, and it matters more than the campaign settings. Sending paid traffic to a page that was not built to convert is the most common way ad budget disappears. See what a landing page is and why traffic does not become leads.
What reporting do I get?
A monthly report in plain language covering what was spent, what it returned, which campaigns and keywords carried it, and what we are changing next. No vanity metrics, and no report that hides cost per acquisition behind impression counts.
