Web Eventuals ("we," "us") is a registered Indian MSME (Udyam registration UDYAM-KR-02-0127745) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

Only what you submit through our contact form: name, email, phone, and message. We also collect website usage data through Google Analytics (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not run a marketing list, and nothing you submit is used for any purpose beyond replying to you.

Where your data goes

Your contact-form submission is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to our own inbox. Web3Forms retains submissions in its own dashboard for approximately 30 days on its free tier, after which it deletes them on its end. Apart from Web3Forms and Google Analytics (below), we do not share, sell, or pass your data to any third party.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether a visit led to an enquiry (a contact-form submission or a click on our WhatsApp or phone link). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use this data only in aggregate, to improve the site and measure our marketing, including Google Ads campaigns. Google processes it under its own terms; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully without them.

Data retention

Submitted contact-form data (name, email, phone, message) is retained for 12 months from the date of last contact, then deleted from our inbox.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data you have submitted to us. Contact hello@webeventuals.com to exercise this. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete them within 30 days.
