Web Eventuals ("we," "us") is a registered Indian MSME (Udyam registration UDYAM-KR-02-0127745) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

Only what you submit through our contact form: name, email, phone, and message. We also collect anonymous, cookieless analytics data (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not run a marketing list, and nothing you submit is used for any purpose beyond replying to you.

Where your data goes

Your contact-form submission is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to our own inbox. Web3Forms retains submissions in its own dashboard for approximately 30 days on its free tier, after which it deletes them on its end. We do not share, sell, or pass your data to any other third party.

Cookies and tracking

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic without tracking you across sites or storing cookies on your device. If that ever changes (for example, if we add Google Analytics 4), this section will be updated first, and a consent banner will gate any cookie-based tool before it runs.

Data retention

Submitted contact-form data (name, email, phone, message) is retained for 12 months from the date of last contact, then deleted from our inbox.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data you have submitted to us. Contact hello@webeventuals.com to exercise this. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete them within 30 days.
