Starting at ₹8,000 per month · plus taxes as applicable

What’s included

  • Google Business Profile setup and correction: categories, services, attributes, service areas, hours, and business description, done properly rather than left at whatever the auto-generated listing guessed.
  • Profile maintenance: posts on a set cadence, photo updates, product and service entries, and Q&A seeded with the questions customers actually ask.
  • Review handling: a process for asking real customers at the right moment, and a written response to every review, positive or negative.
  • Local landing pages on your own site for each location or service area you genuinely serve, not thin doorway pages.
  • Citations and consistency: your name, address, and phone number matched across the directories that matter, and mismatches cleaned up.
  • Local schema markup so search engines can read your business details without guessing. More on that in what is schema markup.
  • Tracking on profile views, searches, calls, direction requests, and map pack position, reported monthly against the previous period.

How the work runs

  1. An audit of the current profile, the site, and where you currently show up against the competitors who share your map.
  2. Profile corrections first, because they are the fastest-moving lever and cost nothing but care.
  3. On-site work: local pages, schema, and the internal linking that connects them.
  4. Citations and consistency clean-up, which is slow, unglamorous, and matters more than it looks.
  5. An ongoing cadence of posts, review responses, and reporting.

A word on reviews

Reviews are the part of local SEO most often done badly, and the damage is not theoretical. Google’s user generated content policy prohibits offering payment, discounts, free goods, or services in exchange for a review, and prohibits selectively soliciting only the happy customers. Profiles that do it lose the reviews, and repeat offenders lose the profile.

What works instead is asking every customer, at the moment the work is done and the result is visible, with no condition attached. That gets fewer reviews per ask than bribery does, and it keeps them. We cover the mechanics in how do you get more Google reviews, and the harder half in how to respond to negative online reviews.

Pricing approach

Local SEO is quoted as a monthly retainer, scoped to the number of locations, the competitiveness of the area, and how much on-site work the existing website needs before local pages can be added. Get a quote on request. The number on it is the number you pay. Taxes appear on the quote itself and are never added afterwards. All prices are plus taxes as applicable. For context on how search work is usually priced, see how much SEO costs.

Work you can point to

Every engagement is scoped to how your business actually runs, and the same people stay on it from the first call through launch and after.

Frequently asked questions

What is local SEO?
Local SEO is the work that makes a business appear for searches tied to a place, whether the searcher types the location or Google infers it from where they are. It covers your Google Business Profile, the map pack, local landing pages, citations, and reviews. It is a distinct discipline from general organic SEO, because the ranking factors are different.
What is the map pack and how do I get into it?
The map pack is the block of three business listings with a map that appears above the normal results for local searches. Getting into it depends mainly on relevance, distance from the searcher, and prominence. Distance you cannot change. Relevance and prominence you can, through a complete and correctly categorised Business Profile, consistent information across the web, genuine reviews, and local content on your own site.
How long does local SEO take to show results?
Profile-level improvements such as correcting categories, services, and business information can move things within weeks. Ranking gains that depend on reviews, citations, and on-site content usually take three to six months. See our guide on how long SEO takes for the fuller picture.
Do you write or buy reviews?
No. Buying reviews, writing them on a client's behalf, or offering discounts or gifts in exchange for them all breach Google's user generated content policy, and the penalty runs from review removal to losing the profile. We set up a process that asks real customers for honest reviews at the right moment, and we respond to every review that arrives.
Can you manage a Google Business Profile for more than one location?
Yes. Multi-location businesses need each profile set up individually and kept consistent with the others, plus a location page on the site for each one. We handle both.
What happens if my profile is suspended?
We work through the reinstatement process with you, identifying the likely cause, correcting it, and filing the appeal with the evidence Google asks for. Reinstatement is never guaranteed by anyone, and you should not trust a provider who promises it.
Is local SEO different from the SEO you already offer?
Yes, and they work best together. Our SEO and online reputation practice covers organic search across the whole site. Local SEO targets the map pack and location-based searches specifically. Businesses that serve customers in a defined area usually need both.
