Vital Care Express is a content engine that runs unattended, drafting and fact-checking articles before anything is prepared for publication. It runs live today as a medical-news publication, a domain where an error is not a minor inconvenience.
It fact-checks its own output against source material before treating a draft as done, and verification is fail-closed: if a claim cannot be checked with confidence, the article does not proceed. It does not get published on a guess.
Built around one asymmetry
In a domain like medical news, a wrong output and an empty output are not equally bad. Zero articles on a given day is a fine outcome. A hallucinated medical claim making it onto a live site is not. Vital Care Express is built around that asymmetry: it stays silent rather than being confidently wrong. A human still reviews and deploys what the engine produces, the engine handles drafting and fact-checking at scale.

Common questions
Does this publish articles automatically with no human involved? No. The engine drafts and fact-checks unattended, but a person still reviews and deploys before anything goes live.
What happens if it can’t verify a claim? It fails closed: the article does not proceed. Publishing nothing is treated as an acceptable outcome, publishing an unverified claim is not.
